in order to secure a bargain'. When the developers were challenged, regarding the structural
integrity of the properties, they replied: 'These are perfectly okay - it's the ones at the other
end of the estate which are suspect'.
So, here we have perfectly good homes, 'purchased' from their owners after highly
suspect valuations, and slowly destroyed, blighted by Gosport Council.
